Chairman:

The Most Right Reverend
Douglas Eugene Savoy

The World Council for Human Spiritual Rights is concerned with the rights of individuals in all countries and nations to openly profess their religious preference and worship as they see fit in a spirit of unquestioned tolerance, so long as such practices and worship do not seek to cause harm to another individual. Since the United States of America has set the example for freedom of religious expression in the world as a whole, the World Council regards the protection of religious liberties at home as vital to the establishment of these God granted freedoms abroad. Above and beyond the issues of religious freedoms and liberties granted, protected or abused by political organs, the ultimate concern of the World Council is the protection of every individual's Human Spiritual Rights—the right to gain a greater knowledge of God's Word without interference from any individual, group or state that might attempt to prevent such illumination.
